Our PS Pre-Listing Consultation is a strategic marketing tool designed for occupied homes. This service provides expert insight from a buyer’s perspective, helping sellers prepare their property for professional photography and listing.

During the consultation, our Preferred Stager will assess your home room by room, offering actionable recommendations to enhance its appeal and market value.

Our consultations incorporate design psychology, environmental science, and on-trend styling to help your home stand out in today’s market.

What to Expect from a Pre-Listing Consultation:

Investment: $350 for up to 2 hours (prorated by the quarter hour thereafter).
